Welcome to DelsuTools (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"). By accessing and using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue using the platform immediately.
1. Usage License and Scope
DelsuTools is an independent student planning platform. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our online calculators, planners, past question downloads, and guides strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, republish, mirror, scrap, or scrape database entries or tool scripts without prior written authorization.
- Use the platform in any manner that could disable, damage, overburden, or impair our servers or network connections.
- Utilize any automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers to harvest data from the articles or sitemaps.
2. Calculator Accuracy and Academic Disclaimers
All utility applications hosted on the Website (including the GPA Calculator, CGPA target planner, and Post-UTME aggregate checker) are provided as educational estimation tools. While we design our code to align with Delta State University's official grading systems, O'level subject guides, and historical admission criteria, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. The final authority on grades, cumulative averages, departmental cutoffs, and admissions rests solely with the registry, bursary, and official portals of Delta State University (DELSU). You are responsible for cross-checking all metrics with official university records.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The designs, custom tool logic, graphics, layout elements, database seed structures, and editorial articles published on DelsuTools are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of Nigeria. Unauthorized reproduction of our proprietary content, brand logo, or tools code is strictly prohibited.
4. Third-Party Links & Partner Networks
The Website displays links to official DELSU servers (portal.delsu.edu.ng) and third-party advertising partners like Google AdSense. We do not inspect, control, or guarantee the content, privacy policies, security structures, or services offered by these external entities. Clicking on any third-party links is done entirely at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall DelsuTools, its founders (Charles Aloaye Sedenu & Victor Ijomah), or its content writers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your utilization of our website tools, guides, or external resources. This includes, but is not limited to, academic errors, missed admission schedules, tuition overpayments, or exam clearances issues.
