Highly prestigious scholarship awarded annually to brilliant undergraduate students. Split into National Merit (open to all states) and Areas of Operation (for indigenes of DELSU host and pipeline communities in Delta State).
Eligibility Criteria & Academic Requirements
Full-time Year 2 (200 Level) DELSU students with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.50 on the 5-point scale. No current beneficiaries of other oil & gas JV awards are permitted.

- DELSU Year 1 Portal Examination Results Slip (Signed by HOD)
- Official JAMB Admission Letter
- O-Level Certificate (WAEC/NECO 5 credits including English & Math in one sitting)
- Birth Certificate / Age Declaration
- Letter of Identification from Community Leader (for Operational Area applicants)
