Awarding Body: Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC) in the UK & Participating Universities
Co-funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and UK universities. Supports talented candidates from developing Commonwealth countries who could not otherwise afford to study in the UK.
Eligibility Criteria & Academic Requirements
DELSU graduates holding at least First Class honours or Second Class Upper (2:1). Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Nigeria. Must not have studied or worked for more than one academic year in a high-income country.

- DELSU Degree Certificate & Academic Transcript
- Two Academic References on Official Letterhead (from DELSU Lecturers/Professors)
- Offer of Admission from a Participating UK University
- Detailed Development Impact Statement
